God's Provision

God's goal in his provision for us is to draw us back to himself. Israel constantly turned away despite God sending prophets. But it was actually through Israel's enemies that God provided a path back to the promised land.

Putting On The New Self

Putting on the new self and living by the Holy Spirit can only come about in us if we are dying to ourselves and willing to put on the identity of Christ. It is a true act of self sacrifice. Jesus himself allowed his body, his earthly identity to be destroyed because of what it meant for humanity. What are we willing to surrender? What are we holding back?
