This is an adult education series developed by Anglicans for Life to tackle aging and dying.
In this series you will learn:
-The Biblical foundation for the Sanctity of Life
-The challenges of aging and practical steps to address them
-How efforts to hasten death extend beyond euthanasia and assisted suicide
-How the church can help elderly members have peace at the end of life
As a church provide practical help so we can age with grace, and die with faith.
We hope our hearts will grow understanding and advocacy for ourselves and others, and that we will be able to share the message of the hope of our salvation and provide assurance of an eternal home.
Each class includes a 20-minute video, and for a $10 fee each participant will receive a book and additional materials.
Join Elaine Wood and Valerie Smith who are the facilitators for this 8-week program. Please rsvp by April 14 using this link. If you have questions, call Elaine at 703-909-5491.
