Readings: 1 Timothy 6:11-19; Psalm 146; Luke 16:19-31

Sermon: "God Does Not See As Man Sees" | Rev Nick Braunschneider

In Sunday's Gospel reading (Luke 16:19-31) we will clearly see that wealth is not a mark of God's favor. Poverty is not a sign of His displeasure. What matters most is that divine grace resides in the heart of a man or woman.

Sermon: "More Than Being Right" | Rev Nick Braunschneider

German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer famously said, "When Christ calls a man, He bids him come and die." To take up our cross and follow the risen Lord requires us to exchange one life for another. Jesus refuses to remain on the periphery, or be one of our add-on accessories. He is the Center, our all in all. Otherwise, He is nothing at all.
