We have Nursery and Sunday School for children from PreK-Kindergarten every Sunday.

Elementary Students

For children in 1st - 6th Grades, we offer classes on the first three Sundays of each month and on any 5th Sunday. On the 4th Sunday of each month, we have a Family Service when our elementary students remain in the service and participate in the service as readers of scripture, prayers, and other ways. We believe it is important for children to know that they are part of the church family and this is one of the ways we do that..

All children, from infants to 6th graders, will begin in the service with their parent/guardian. PreK - 6th graders will be dismissed to meet their teacher in the Atrium and head to the Lower Level classrooms. Infants and toddlers are to be taken to their room by their parent/guardian. All children will remain in their classes until the Passing of the Peace, when they will be brought back to join their families for the remainder of the service.

About Children's Ministry

The Children's Ministry at Church of the Apostles partners with parents to help children know Jesus, love Jesus, serve Jesus, and share Jesus.

Melissa Ciavarella is our Family Ministry Director. She oversees the Sunday programs as well as church and community events for all ages, throughout the year.

We recognize the tremendous trust you place in a church to help you guide your children in their faith. We are committed to providing a safe environment with trained leaders and programs that are biblically based and filled with fun.
